I have lived at Alton West Shore since February 2021, and I can honestly say this was one of the most positive renting experiences that I have had to date. Originally this apartment was under Turner properties, but even when it was switched to Cottonwood Residential the quality of service from the front office did not waver. Even through new management, Scott really puts residents first.

I have lived at Alton Westshore for 2 1/2 years and I love it! After living in a house I was hesitant to transition to apartment living, but it is better than I ever could’ve imagined. The amenities are top-notch and feel like a luxury resort. The staff is exceptional and the new manager Scott is very welcoming and fun. Ari from the front desk is a sweetheart and always quick to help with any needs, she is amazing. Steve and O’Neill in maintenance are exceptional and very timely with any repair.
